Hosei University, Meiji University, and Kansai University will hold a symposium on March 12, 2022 (Saturday), titled "What Universities Should Be in the Future: Challenges Seen in Response to New Coronavirus Infections and Future Prospects.
The response to the new coronavirus infection was unprecedented, and each university faced difficulties. However, through various responses, such as the shift to online classes, the implementation of online study abroad programs, and the introduction of online conferencing, we were able to find a new path for the future of the university.
Therefore, in this symposium, we will report on the challenges and future prospects that we have found in each university's response to the new coronavirus infection, and deepen the discussion on what the future of universities should be.
