Hosei University Daini Junior & Senior High School - Encountering, Facing, and Building Yourself

Taking advantage of being an affiliated school, students can "create themselves" while living "now" to the fullest.

Hosei University Senior High School is affiliated with Hosei University, whose founding spirit is "Freedom and Progress", and aims to foster "Practical Wisdom for Freedom" through 10-year integrated education.

In junior high school, students will not only acquire solid academic skills, but will also develop a wide range of culture and free thinking that is not bound by preconceived ideas through rich experiences such as experiential learning and research activities.

In high school, we aim for students to acquire a wide range of knowledge and basic academic skills in all subjects, and to expand the possibilities of various career paths. In addition, we emphasize "research, discussion, and presentation," not only to acquire knowledge, but also to develop the ability to think logically and express oneself to others using knowledge.

Students play a leading role in school life

Both the junior and senior high schools have vigorous student council activities. Events are organized mainly by the student council, and students collaborate with each other to plan and manage them. Another feature of the school is that many students belong to club activities. Many of the clubs, both athletic and cultural, have achieved excellent results in competitions and contests. The school does not have a special class structure, which allows students to encounter a variety of personalities, new ways of seeing and thinking, and to find a new identity as they grow in their school life while recognizing each other's differences.
