Secondary Application for JASSO Scholarship "Loan Scholarship" (Type 1 and Type 2) for Academic Year 2023 (Graduate Students)

The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) is now accepting applications for the second round of "Loan Scholarships" (Type 1 and Type 2). The month of application (the first month in which the scholarship will be paid) for those who apply this time is December. Requests for information and submission of documents can be made by mail or at the counter.

If you wish to have the application materials sent to you by mail, please request them using the form below. You can also pick up the materials at the counter of each campus. Please bring your student ID card.

This scholarship is a scholarship that must be returned after completion.
The first-class scholarship is interest-free, and the second-class scholarship is interest-bearing.
The first-class scholarship is lent from October (the scholarship for October-December will be transferred in December). For Type 2 Scholarships, you can choose the month you wish to start the loan between October and March 2024.
International students are not eligible.

If you are already a recipient of a JASSO loan scholarship (both Type 1 and Type 2), you are not eligible to apply.
　However, if you wish to receive a loan in addition to the scholarship for which you have already been selected (e.g., Type 2 in addition to Type 1), please apply for the scholarship offered this time.

◇Deadline for submission of application documents:
October 6 (Fri.) (strictly enforced)
If you submit the application at the counter, it must be submitted by the time the office opens. If you send it by mail, it must be postmarked on the same day.
