The Institute's members, full-time Hosei University faculty and staff may browse the library.
Graduate students, undergraduate students, and members of the general public may apply for access through the library.

<About the use of the conference room
The Institute's administrative members, researchers, visiting researchers, full-time faculty of Law, and related non-academic persons* may use the conference rooms. *There are conditions for use.
Reservations for those who are not full-time faculty members of the Institute will be accepted from two months prior to the desired date of use, in order to give priority to project activities.
Please inquire at the Institute Office first to check availability.
Available hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 (except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and closed periods)
