Report on the LSTE Online Seminar "Exercise and Nutrition Related to Increasing or Decreasing Body Fat

11 On Wednesday, March 11, an online program titled "Exercise and Nutrition in Relation to Increase/Decrease in Body Fat" was held. Associate Professor Yoichi Hayashi ( Faculty of Letters ) was the lecturer and 20 students participated.

He spoke in detail about how body fat is measured, the hidden importance of body fat, which is generally recognized as unnecessary and superfluous, as well as the accumulation mechanism and exercise and diet related to sora.

During the Q&A session, many real-life questions of the students were answered, which helped them better understand the impact of exercise and diet on body fat.

Learning Station will continue to utilize online tools while actively hosting activities that will lead to student learning at Corona Disaster.
