To students in their second year and above who are enrolled in a teaching/certification program

• Advance Guidance for Participants in the 2024 Nursing Care Experience
  Information will be provided through the web bulletin board in mid-March to those who have completed the main application for the Nursing Care Experience.
  
• Submission of Course Record (for new 3rd year students in FY2024)
  Faculty members will check "Beginning of the 3rd year", so 3rd year students in FY2024 are required to submit their course record. Please see the PDF file below for details.

　　Submission period: April 1 (Mon.) - April 16 (Tue.), 2024
　　Submission and return period: Monday, May 20, 2024 - Tuesday, May 28, 2024 (strictly enforced)
　　Submission and return location: Tama Consultation Room, Center for Teaching Curriculum (1st floor of the General Building)

• For those who plan to participate in educational training in 2025 (new 3rd year students in 2024)
  Classification questionnaire (Google Form) for taking "Educational Training (Advance Instruction)" will be conducted during the following period.
  Details on how to respond, URL, etc., have already been provided to all applicable applicants via the web bulletin board. Please be sure to respond within the specified period.

　　 Submission and return period: Monday, March 25, 9:00 a.m. - Wednesday, March 27, 5:00 p.m.
　　Announcement of classes: To be announced by April 8 (Mon.) on the Web bulletin board.
　　Remarks】In principle, cancellations and class changes are not permitted after the class has been determined. Please plan your other courses and timetable in advance before responding.

　　*In addition to the above application, students must attend a class-specific orientation in July in order to participate in the "Educational Practicum (Preparatory Guidance)" in the fall semester.
　　　Details regarding the orientation date and time will be announced around the end of May.

• For those who will participate in the educational training in 2024 (new 4th year students in 2024)
  An "Important Notice for those who will participate in the educational training in 2024" has been distributed via the Web bulletin board to those who are eligible for the course. Please be sure to check it.
  In addition, "Guidance Lecture just before Educational Practicum" will be held as follows. Attendance is mandatory. Please be sure to confirm the date and time.

  Please make sure to confirm the class you will take (day, time, and teacher) and be sure to attend the orientation.
