Study at SSI and boldly challenge yourself to acquire various qualifications
Hosei University SSI is approved by the Japan Sports Association (JSA) as an approved school for exemptions from the Sports Leadership Training Course in the following courses.
By earning credits in the designated courses and applying to the Japan Sports Association at the time of graduation, students are exempted from some of the training courses and examinations required for certification.
Basic Sports Leadership Qualification (Sports Coaching Leader)
By taking the SSI curriculum, students are partially exempted from the training courses and examinations required to obtain this certification.
The "Basic Sports Coaching Leader Certification" is for those who are responsible for safe and secure basic sports coaching and management in local sports groups, youth sports organizations, and school athletic club activities.
This qualification is required for those who wish to be involved in such sports coaching and management.
Other Sports Leadership Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Sports Leadership Qualification (Sports Coaching Leader), there are other sports coaching qualifications recognized by the Japan Sports Association.
Possession of the Basic Sports Leader Qualification (Sports Coaching Leader) may exempt you from some of the training and examinations required for these qualifications, leading to a step up to further qualifications.
