JR East (Mobile Suica)

This is an announcement from JR East about the commuter pass purchase flow of Mobile Sui ca, which has been renewed since February 13 (Sun.) this year.
From late March to mid-April, we expect congestion at station counters and other locations. Students who use Mobile Suica should consider using a procedure that allows them to purchase commuter pass tickets smoothly without standing in line at the station counter.

Keio Corporation (RakuHaya Reservation Service)

Keio Electric Railway allows students to purchase a new commuter pass without standing in line at the station ticket counter using the "Raku-Haya Reservation" commuter pass purchase reservation system.
In April, commuter pass sales windows are very crowded with new commuter pass purchases, so by using the "RakuHaya Reservation Service", you can purchase a new commuter pass at all Keio Electric Railway stations without standing in line.
*When making a reservation to purchase a commuter pass through the "Raku-Haya Reservation Service," you will need to upload an image of your student ID card with the "Commuter Pass Issuance Receipt" column so that the name, current address, commuting section, and photo can all be verified.

Sticker on the back of the student ID card for the new academic year

The student ID card also serves as a "commuter pass certificate". Please write your "current address" and "commuting section (the station closest to your home and the station closest to your campus)" on the sticker on the back of your student ID card.
The sticker on the back of the student ID card is renewed every fiscal year, so please be sure to replace it with the latest sticker after the start of the new fiscal year.
