by Naotaka Yokokawa

A bodybuilder who boasts the best results in Japan introduces how to make a habit of doing things he doesn't want to do and how to manage his mentality before competitions. This book can be read as a business book by the author who keeps winning. I would recommend that people who are not interested in bodybuilding pick up this book.

"Today, Too, Alone at Disneyland"
by Waksaka Sohei
Gentosha , 2018

The contrast between the overly polite description of Disneyland and the days spent by the unemployed 23-year-old "me" with my family is vivid. If Disneyland is a "kingdom that will never be completed," will "family" ever be completed? This is a book that will make you want to go to Disneyland.

Never Fail Japanese History"
by Kenju Furuichi
Shinchosha , 2020
multi-:2F Bunko Shinsho 211/FU:S

I recommend this book, which I was so addicted to that I read several laps in two days during my exam period. This is an introductory book on Japanese history, consisting of the first part of a general history and the second part of a thematic history. It features a restrained and neutral writing style, and the metaphors that appear throughout the work are all excellent.

First, the moderator explained the rules of the online bibliobattle, and then each of the three presenters introduced themselves and talked about their enthusiasm.

The three presenters, including one new student, had five minutes to introduce their favorite book.

After each presentation, it was time for questions, and we asked, "Are there any ideas or actions other than what is introduced that you would like to refer to?" What era did you find interesting in this book?" The presenters responded to these questions. As the presenters responded to these questions, the appeal of the books and the presenters' thoughts on the books came through even more clearly.

At the end of the event, everyone voted on which book they wanted to read using Zoom's chat function, and the winner was "At Disneyland, Alone Today," introduced by Mr. C, a second-year student in Faculty of Social Sciences.

After the biblio-battle, Tama Library supporters introduced their activities.

One participant commented, "I was very satisfied to hear the introduction of many books. I am looking forward to the next one" (freshman, Graduate School of Humanities ), and "I am a student at the Ichigaya Campus, so I was happy to participate in the Tama Campus project at zoom this time without worrying about transportation! It was a good project. It was a good event and I look forward to the next one" (freshman, Faculty of Letters ).
All those who responded to the questionnaire also said that they would like to participate in the online bibliobattle again.
