The final presentation (DEMO DAY) of the SIC educational program "Changemakers Lab in Tama (TAMARABO)," which started in November 2023, will be held as the final session.
This is a presentation event by student challengers from Hosei University who have begun to take their first steps toward "entrepreneurship. This is your chance to experience the "reality" of entrepreneurship at the venue.

Introduction of DEMO DAY judges

In this "Tamarabo" program, incentive money will be awarded to the best teams based on their presentations at this DEMO DAY. In order to conduct a rigorous screening process, the following individuals will assist in the judging process.

  • Mr. Shoji Akimoto (President, Yaromai Co., Ltd.)

He founded G-net, which is engaged in regional revitalization with the theme of human resources, and incorporated it in 2003, where he currently serves as Trustee. As the founder, director, and current chief coordinator of Okabiz, a public industrial support organization in Okazaki City that focuses on increasing sales, he has responded to a total of 25,000 inquiries from 3,500 small and medium-sized companies over the past 10 years, and has produced over 1,000 new products and new businesses. He was involved in the establishment of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship at Musashino University, where he is currently a professor. Provides support for business creation and business planning regardless of the size of the company.

  • Mr. Tomoichiro Kitaike (Representative Director, Town Kitchen Co., Ltd.)

Born in 1976. After graduating from Osaka University, he worked for a consulting firm, developing strategies and designing personnel systems for central government ministries and national universities. In 2010, he established Town Kitchen Co. Ltd. in 2010. The company operates 10 start-up support facilities, including shared kitchens, mainly in the Tama area of Tokyo, and provides a base of operations for more than 300 start-ups.

  • Mr. Ikuyo Mori (Representative Director, Seeds Place Co., Ltd. / Concierge, Startup Hub Tokyo TAMA)

In her 20s, she was a professional musician, and at the age of 30, she was in sales and management at a major English conversation school. After taking maternity and childcare leave, she worked full time as a sales secretary for a foreign company and a merchandiser for a pharmaceutical company, while raising her children and engaging in civic activities. 2012: Established the NPO Diversity Commu. 16: Established Seeds Place Inc. and won the "17th Tama Blue Green Award Tama Mirai Prize", In 2009, she was selected as one of the "300 Small and Medium-sized Enterprises that Will Flourish" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and in 2010, she was certified as a Tokyo Metropolitan Government Life and Work Balance certified company. He has also served as a lecturer at numerous seminars on business startups.
