The Career Center, which assists current students in finding employment, has full-time staff as well as experienced staff such as senior advisors (with experience in corporate employment) and career advisors, who provide career-related counseling and various types of support related to job hunting.
Extension College
The Extension College offers courses to support the career development of TUAT students. Courses are offered mainly at the Ichigaya Campus, with language courses and some other courses also offered at the Tama Campus (Aihara-cho, Machida City).
Qualifications
Social researcher
One of the qualifications unique to the Faculty of Social Sciences is that of "Certified Social Researcher". The ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in social research will be very useful in whatever career path you choose in the future. In addition, the Faculty offers courses for various other qualifications, such as teaching, museum curator, librarian, and social education administrator.
