Ms. Ayano Yoshida, a student of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering received the Eiji Mutoh Award for Outstanding Student at the Japan Society for Design Engineering.

This award is funded by a donation to the Japan Society for Design Engineering from Mr. Eiji Mutoh, former senior managing director of Mutoh Industries, Ltd.
The award is given to individuals and organizations that contribute to the development of design engineering and the society.
