Men's Badminton Club Wins Team Title at the 74th All Japan Student Badminton Championships and Reports its Win to President Hirose

The Men's Badminton Club won the team championship for the 12th time in eight years at the 74th All Japan Student Badminton Championships held in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture from October 7 to 8, 2023. (Faculty of Economics/Vice Captain), Sun Goto (Faculty of Social Sciences/Vice Captain), and Noboru KOJIMA, OB President, reported the victory to President Hirose on November 23.

First, Mr. Ozawa reported the results of the tournament and thanked everyone for their continued support.
The players then reported on their performance in the tournament, with captain Noda saying, "We were disappointed to finish third in last year's tournament, but this year, the players and staff worked together as a team, and the fourth-year students in particular worked very hard.

President Hirose complimented the team members on their hard work and dramatic improvement in their abilities after entering the university, saying, "It is wonderful to not only meet a good instructor, but also to be able to understand and grow from his teachings in your own way.

Finally, as for the Badminton Club, the women's badminton team won the team championship last year, and he expressed his ambition for both the men's and women's teams to win the championship next year.
