How to use the libraries of the consortium of private university libraries along the Yamanote Line

Consortium of Private University Libraries along the Yamanote Line

Rapid changes in the education and research environment have had a tremendous impact on university libraries and require changes. In order to cope with these changes and improve services to users, it is no longer possible for a single university library to promote these changes alone.
Therefore, the following private university libraries along the Yamanote Line have formed a consortium and concluded an agreement on 11 items for mutual cooperation, and have started activities to study and implement specific measures.
