Center for Human Resource Development in Public Service
Civil Service Courses are offered as web-based courses (courses outside the regular curriculum).
The courses include an introductory course (first year), basic course (second year), national and local civil service upper grade preparation course (third year), technical course (third year), national career track preparation course (second year course, third year course), and last-minute city hall exam preparation course (fourth year), with a curriculum that allows students to learn without difficulty from lower grades.
Students can choose when to begin their studies at their own pace.

Introductory course (1st year) |
This course provides hands-on experience in numerical processing, the most important subject on the Liberal Arts Examination. |

Basic Course (2nd year students) |
Students systematically study the major liberal arts subjects and specialized subjects for the civil service examinations, starting from basic knowledge. |

National and Local Government Officials Advanced Level Preparation Course (3rd year students) |
Students transform acquired knowledge into practical skills in preparation for full-fledged examinations. The course also covers essay writing, current affairs, and personality test preparation. |
| Trial Course for Technical Civil Service Course (2nd year students) | This course is designed for 2nd year students and covers social sciences, the main subjects of the civil service examinations. |
| Technical Course (3rd year students) | This course mainly covers the liberal arts subjects for the civil service exam. The number of subjects offered in the Technical Course has been greatly increased and the content enhanced so that students can prepare for the civil service examination's liberal arts examinations in this course alone. |
| National Career Track Preparation Course (2nd year course) *Screening is required. | From the second year, students begin preparing for the national civil service career-track examination and build up their skills. |

Preparatory Course for National Public Service Career Track (3rd year course) *Screening is required. |
This course is designed to help students pass the national civil service career-track examinations (law, economics, politics, and international affairs). The course covers everything from written examinations to preparation for visits to government offices. |
| Preparatory Course for the City Hall Examination (4th year course) | This course aims to perfect the ability to answer the city hall examination, which is held mainly from June to July, and provides a comprehensive review of numerical processing, social science, and theses on liberal arts. |

In the third-year course, a small-group class is offered as a special seminar to help students prepare for the civil service interview exam, and instructors provide detailed guidance.
Students can attend lectures at the same level as those at major vocational schools at a low price.
