Mr. BEZHA Klara, a student of Graduate School of Science and EngineeringGraduate School of Science and EngineeringGraduate School of Science and EngineeringGraduate School of Science and EngineeringGraduate School of Science and Engineering, won the Best presentation paper award at The 10th International conference on Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems 2022. The award-winning research was conducted by BEZHA Klara, a member of Ito Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, School of Science and Engineering.

In this award-winning research, a soft robotic hand that mimics a biological octopus was developed. This research is expected to be applied to agriculture and nursing care in the future by taking advantage of its softness.
