This program supports the expenses for Japanese researchers to visit counterpart institutions and conduct research and exchange opinions, etc., based on an agreement with counterpart institutions in the counterpart countries, and promotes the establishment of a foundation for joint research and human networking that can be sustained and developed in the future.
