Mr. Hasegawa
1. What have you gained or learned during your four years at Hosei University?
It is to have a goal and stick to achieving it.
My university life was a four-year period of peaks and valleys, in which I met many friends and challenged myself in many different ways. However, it was precisely because of this intense student life that I learned the importance of setting clear goals, thinking through what it takes to reach them, and achieving satisfactory results.
2. What are your enthusiasm and aspirations as you begin your life as a working adult?
First of all, I want to achieve results that I can be satisfied with. I would like to continue to cherish the aspiration to always aim higher and never be satisfied with the status quo, which I gained through my university life. Also, as a member of society, I want to be a person who can be a goal for others. To achieve this, I would like to continue to learn well and take on various challenges.
Mr. Iwasa
1. What have you gained or learned during your four years at Hosei University?
I learned that nothing starts without challenging yourself. Time passes when you are just taking classes, but I think I learned more and had a more fulfilling student life by challenging myself to do something new, such as interning in Vietnam or working on the Public Relations Committee.
2. What are your enthusiasm and aspirations as you begin your life as a working adult?
I want to learn new things, experience new things, and grow so that I can be useful as a member of society. Furthermore, I will do my best to communicate with many people.
Mr. Kato
1. What have you gained or learned during your four years at Hosei University?
I gained the joy and happiness of working toward the same goal with people with various values! When I participated in a product planning competition in the seminar, I sometimes clashed with my team members, but we earnestly discussed and reworked our plan many times to create a product that would satisfy the target, the company, and above all, ourselves, with the common goal of "winning. Thanks to this experience, I was able to learn the joy of co-creation and the pleasure of striving toward a goal, and I was blessed with a very happy university life.
2. What are your enthusiasm and aspirations as you begin your life as a working adult?
I am very happy to have had the opportunity to live a very happy university life, blessed by the people I met and the work I did. I know this is a difficult thing to do, but I will not neglect improving my skills for this purpose. I also want to make sure that I never lose sight of my goals. Even when I am so busy that I seem to be concentrating only on what is right in front of me, I want to work with a goal in mind while controlling my motivation by thinking about the future.
Mr. Yamada

I also met many people and shared activities with them, which was a great asset for me.
2. What are your enthusiasm and aspirations as you begin your life as a working adult?
