Conduct dissemination and educational activities with the aim of actively promoting energy conservation in applicable areas. Conduct multifaceted efforts and research on the management of the operation of heating and cooling systems, elevators, automatic light-off sensors (motion sensors), and the use of other electrical appliances.

Promote reduction of CO2 emissions through the operation of ESCO projects.
